DMCA Policy

Quick Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.   4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
    1. "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
    2. "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided below.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notification must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Quick Cheesy Garlic Bread Recipe may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter-Notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the Counter-Notification, unless our Designated Copyright Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that such party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
